I was skeptical about the 12ppm claim, but after a week of dropping one tab into my morning water, my afternoon energy slump genuinely feels less brutal. They dissolve in seconds with no weird aftertaste, which is a nice bonus.

The tablets dissolve in about a minute and leave no weird aftertaste, which is already better than the powder I used to mix. I’ve been dropping one into my morning water for two weeks now and honestly feel a bit sharper by mid-afternoon, even if it’s partly placebo.

I’m a bit of a skeptic when it comes to supplements, but the fact that these dissolve in seconds and don’t leave any weird aftertaste won me over. Dropping one into my evening glass of water has become a simple ritual, and I like that each tab delivers a solid 12ppm without any fuss.
